Refund policy

At Universal Wrist, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn watches
  • Damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Items without original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer or original payment method (if applicable)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received

You must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery with clear evidence (photos or videos).


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
  • If the issue persists, contact us for assistance
